Please Don’t Feed Me
Please Don’t Feed Me is a small roguelike deck-building game created by gregs-games for the SA Game Jam 2025.
It is a browser game where each round challenges you to feed a man specific foods without making him vomit.
Gameplay
You start with a deck of food cards. Each card adds food to the man’s stomach and earns coins.
The goal is to feed him four pineapples in one run.
If you feed him too much or draw too many risky “Binge!” cards, he throws up and the run ends.
Money earned from feeding can be used to buy new cards, expand trays, or increase capacity.
You must find a balance between taking risks and keeping him stable long enough to win.
How to Play
- Draw cards from your deck and feed the man.
- Watch his stomach level — don’t exceed the limit.
- Collect coins for every successful feeding.
- Spend coins to upgrade between rounds.
- Avoid vomiting events by managing your cards.
- Feed all four pineapples in one run to complete the game.
Why It Stands Out
- Simple but strategic loop built around risk management.
- Deck-building system encourages replay and experimentation.
- Funny and unexpected theme that makes each round unpredictable.
- Made by an independent developer with focus on creative mechanics.
